There’s plenty of folks on his program who drop the weights considerably, that’s from his private fb group
It’s my understanding he wrote these workouts for himself first and just expects other to scale as needed

Also, fischer is for sure crazy, have you ever seen his ‘no rep’ video from regionals? He was getting no repped by a judge for no reason and threatened to kill him and basically got banned lol

No, I haven’t seen that but I’ve heard about it.

I was supposed to do deadlifts today but it wasn’t meant to be. I went to work at 0430 and was supposed to sneak away at 1300 but didn’t get home till 1830. SWAT executed three federal search warrants and six people went to jail for federal charges. The feds bought fentanyl pills from these idiots multiple times. They’re toast!

Felt my hamstrings crying out real quick on deads so I backed off. Hopefully I saved myself from another week of leg DOMS.

I have no strength or pop out of the hole. It’s pathetic. I tried to focus on dropping fast and bouncing back up on the last two sets. The overhead press part of the thruster felt silly anyway. Wall balls or thrusters are supposed to be kind of fast and explosive but I basically do a slow front squat with a press.

Total lifting time: 30 minutes of hell

(I don’t know why I try to cram a week of training into one session like it’ll actually make up for lost time.)

Well, I’m four sessions in and I remember why I keep failing at these CF type programs - they’re just too damn hard. I need the beginner’s prep for beginners version. This is just too much, too fast. I hate feeling like I’m going to puke for 20 minutes.

I’m not quitting, but there will be adjustments.

I don’t have much of a choice. I actually can’t see any reason to ever do 100 lunges or step ups.

This popped up last night and I bought it for $100. I’m hoping the display works once I get new batteries. If not then I’ll be using time instead of calories for my workouts.
