What will the surgeon be doing ? Is this just a consult or is it the op ?

The $50 consult where he looks at my MRI, tells me what’s wrong, and then tells me my options.

OK good luck then, hopefully what he see’s isn’t a disaster and your options a good.

Legs are sore from my three sets of squats. I’m beginning to hate legs.

Nope. You goofed up and helped me in 2019. I met my out of pocket max in June. You should’ve waited. :wink:

New Year, Same Broken Body

Here are the stats plus some skinfolds:

  • Chest 11mm (was 6.5)
  • Abdomen 15 mm (was 6.5)
  • Quad 12 mm (was 10)

Goals

  • Trim some flab but not because I care about having the fat. I need to learn how to eat healthy without tracking my food. Every time I stop tracking I start eating worse.
  • Stop having surgeries. I think that one is pretty obvious.

Hey J despite your wrecked body Happy New Year, I hope 2020 turns out better than 2019 training wise that is.
I think life and work wise your year was fairly good right.

The only bad part of my year was my training. I still look better than most 35 year olds. My family is doing good and my new gig at work is a lifesaver. I’m happy to go to work and the days go by quickly (instead of counting the hours til my days off).

In the grand scheme of things, I had a good year.

Thanks, Simo! It probably won’t last, though. Gotta take a step backwards until I’m patched up and healed.

What’s causing the shoulder issues?

Yeah. I’ve always used cm since they’re smaller. It seems easier to use half centimeters than 1/16 or 1/8 of an inch.
