I can see great reasons to eat more - healing, satisfaction, and the fact that no one cares if I get leaner. In addition to that last one, it won’t help me did anything better than I can do it now.

Do you feel you would agree with this?

Also, noticed today that I am not feeling any pain at all in my hip or knee…I have observed this correlates with a slight uptick in bodyweight and, with that, bodyfat. I’ve noted before, but it seems that staying lean tends to come with a consequence as far as moving heavy weights goes.

Just was catching up on your guys’ logs. Noticed the connection there.
