  • Avocados,
  • Olives and olive oil,
  • Shredded coconut and coconut oil,
  • 90-100% cacao (or cacao nibs),
  • Egg yolks,
  • Fatty fish (salmon, trout, mackerel),
  • Nuts, nut butter, and their oil varieties,
  • Grapeseed oil,
  • Butter/Ghee.

Edit:

  • Seeds! (sunflower and pumpkin are my favourites. Flax is okay too. Grind that shit and put it in your oatmeal)
