In 2 weeks I take a 12 week progress shot for my experiment with CT’s Layers, which is done in my usual room with my normal camera, so I can pop back in here if the thread is still going and post of a more accurate shot of where I’m at.

Training has been good lately. Repped BW(180)+90 for pullups x5. I’d like to hit 300lbs x 10

Thanks, good to hear. Its hard to judge your own physique sometimes because you live with it every day and its tough to see the changes.

I will definitely diet down again at some point, most likely at the start of 2014… But I dont think I will get into competition shape again. I was single when I did it last time, and with the amount of time I had to devote to it and the sacrifices that go along with it, it would be quite selfish of me to ask that of my girlfriend.

I ran a 4 week “quick cut” last year and lost 8-10 pounds of blubber, so if I can stay this lean I will do an 8-12 week one and just call it quits there, which should leave me lean enough to make meaningful comparisons on growth.

I done Eat Stop Eat for 8 weeks. Basically done two 24hr fasts weekly, ate meat and veg for 80% of the time and trained my arse off!
