I had this problem A LOT too… doing any leg exercise wasnt funbecause of low back stiffness… if I did hypers it stayed stiff for a good 25-30mins and the drive home sucked…
What I learned is that this happens when your lower back muscles dont “relax” after a set… they stay contracted and shit…and you need to “teach” them to relax…
Best way for this is by stretching lol…ill try to describe how
Sit on the floor one leg extended the other one bent with the knee bent perpendicular to the extended leg… then reach over your extended leg with the opposite hand/arm and go touch the floor… try and relax/hold for 1-2mins…
Do this every time your back gets too stiff… as time goes it wil happen less and less often

Pulsed is right it is a digital form of shawn ray…I said the same when I saw it, the fucking perfection in the upper body itself
Very good training video. Would like to see more like this.
Ive been incorporating stretchers and 1 arm BB rows over the last 5 weeks and they have become staples in my back training. meadows has some awesome ideas.
Also, what gym do you go to? Looks pretty damn nice. certainly better than mine.
