Julien G (zraw) Road To Provincials 2014

Your other thread ahs been a big inspiration and influence. Thank you for it, and looking forward to this one as well.

Damn dude your look good.

II will still whoop your ass though.

So this is where offseason is starting from

Going back at it tomorrow, received diet and program by JM

Also posting this pic which shouldve been in other thread lol

And this one! K i wont post more cause this thread is about the future, not yesterday! All pics are on the website anyways!

last, sorry lol wish other thread was still up booh

top3… looking at this pic im pissed… lol

lol post the pics up bro, or put the link up

Awesome job Zraw, I will definitely be checking in.

Just out of curiosity, do John’s programs leave you sore? Notice Any difference before and after Plazma in terms of this? ( I guess being trained by John has its perks, huh?!)

Can’t wait to see those Hams, Tris, and Back blow up in the next year… I can’t imagine you only putting on 8 pounds of stage weight considering the kinds of gains you made while contest dieting.

I noticed soreness at the beggining. That soreness went away when I started using peptopro + carbs + glycerol intra workout, but I felt bloated as hell and overall not 100% well. Plazma had kind of the same effect as the custom mix except the mixability was 1000000x better, so was the taste, and I didnt/dont feel like im working out with 2L of stuff in my stomach.
The pumps are also better

Sooooooooooooooooooooo

It seems im going hard at it starting tomorrow

Received JM’s program + nutrition plan. Im rdy

Cheated a bit tonight as a “one last time” kinda thing lol

Those “ah caramel” are so damn good

damn not even close… u shoulda been 1st by a wide margin

from this angle u looked way better than both those guys
your front destroys them…not even close aesthetically
ur even posing better
that guy in the middle looks like branch lol
who had 10 lb on u ? I cant such a drastic difference in weight
need to c a back comparison

objectively speaking why did the guy who came first win? his quads look a little bigger but his aesthetics are horrid

Great work Julien, keep posting these contest pics cause they’re awesome.

After following your posts in the FB group and seeing year pics here I’m even more impressed with you. As many have said already, you have such a great attitude.

Couple things from the pics;

  1. Your conditioning is head and shoulders above the rest of those guys. That 10x45 minutes a week cardio shows.
  2. Kinda goes along with the conditioning but your legs blow those other dudes out of the water. They may not be the biggest but they definitely look the best.
  3. I know BBing has been known to be very “policital” so I think it’s safe to say that your second place finish probably had less to do with your physique than other factors… Just speculation though.
  4. This is your first show and you definitely turned some heads. You put some people on notice and they’ll be lookin out for you next time.

Anyway, can’t wait to see how you progress from here on out. Keep up the good work buddy, you’re awesome.

Congratulations on your efforts.

Any nutritional ‘strategies’ you won’t follow this coming off-season? (except skiploading)

do you have an ultimate goal in BB?

like win a state show or turn Pro etc?

what do you hope to eventually weigh on stage (say 220 stage weight/ alot more than that)

I understand it is extremely early days to ask you if you want to turn Pro after your first show lol but seems like you are taking it very seriously.

and with regards to ultimate stage weight I get it’s not all about weight but look/ condition but am interested in getting an idea of your ultimate size goal too.

Great job so far - and thanks for sharing it all. It would be great if you could post up as much detail on all aspects training nutrition supps and other supps (if poss) - there is alot to pick up from it all in my view.

Nothing really to say, you just look great, you remind to Thibaudeau, he is bald(as me and you) and canadian also.

I have to agree with those who dispute the winner. You have that guy beat, IMHO.

I know photos don’t always tell the story like being there does, but since that’s all we have to go on, I’m sticking with what I see, and YOU are clearly the better bodybuilder.

at this rate this thread will be full before Julien posts his first workout…

Again, tough to judge with one photo, but let us not be too bias towards our boy here. That would be a disservice to him.

In the front double bicep picture, you see the 1st place guy has the edge in the lower body (which from my experience counts a ton at this level) and lets assume that his back development matches his front upperbody. Then the upperbody contest is a even wash with this guys legs giving him the edge for the win.
