He has me eat some if you go back one page I pretty much copy pasted my diet
Ya that’s why i asked since his articles seem to indicate he likes to use grass fed beef exclusively. was more curious if he think horse meat is a good substitute or he just has you use it because you can’t get grass fed beef.

Also do you have to do another show next year to qualify for provincials or did you already qualify by doing this show?

Your threads are like the only reason i post on the forums anymore it’s really cool of you to take time to give really details responses to people not just in your threads either. Really wish you success in the future your a true gentleman of the sport.

Thanks a lot!!!

I think usually he doesnt use horse meat because well… its not legal in the US

I could get grassfed beef (I think? havent looked for it but pretty sure there’s some at avril)

Yes I do have to do another show to qualify for the provincials since I didnt win the overall at this show…

The qualifier is in end of march/early april and then the provs are at the end of june/start of july

Im still undecided as to wether I want to peak for both or just the provs… as all you need is to ā€œbe in the showā€ in order to qualify for the provs… BUT… there is a part of me that wants redemption and to show up and have ppl go ā€œwtf happenedā€

Zraw, I’ve started using the leg curl → squat → stiff lead dead combo you mentioned a while back since it seems to work so well for you. I’ll keep you posted, but I’m hoping to get them HANGING like yours here in a few months. I think I already see a little peek

how much are you increasing the other supps by?

do you plan to keep the same/ increase them/ add to them/ add and increase or just play by ear and see how it goes?
this being a public forum, if you were the one using ā€œother suppsā€, do you really think it would be a good idea to discuss that… in public?
x2.

If someone wants to volunteer info of that nature, go ahead and listen. Otherwise, it’s quite rude to discuss in this setting.
OP has spoken about it many times on another forum on this site so GTFO.

Obvi it is fine if he doesnt want to and i dont want the tnation police clogging the place up, my post was in no way ā€œrudeā€ ffs.
Wow, I never realized this. This current level is very attainable without ā€œother supplementsā€. Oh well, to each his own. I am stepping off the bandwagon. Best of luck!
We are all very glad you had to announce this to the world, thank you for being so kind and good.

I really don’t post often, but it really is shit like this.

Good riddance. No room on the wagon for turds like you anyway.

I don’t know anything about horse meat being in the U.S., but the main reason we all advocate grassfed beef here is because of the natural digestive system of cattle. It is only due to the subsidized, grain fed nature of commercial cattle that we have the issues with conventional beef. I don’t know much about horse meat production in other countries, but I would assume if they are fed their natural diet, there shouldn’t be an issue with the meat.

Following in Antoine’s footsteps eh, all you need now is sponsorship from universal and another 50k likes on your facebook page and your good to go lol

From weak bodypart to future strong point?!

Man, look at that hammie hangin’ like a ham in a butcher shop!

lol

Looks like those calves are becoming cows as well!

Congrats man, that is unbelievable progress in such a short time. A lot of hard work as well as smart programming must have gone into that.

Is any of your training going to focus on progressive overload at all over the next year or is JM just going to have you do something different everytime you train a bodypart?*

*If you are allowed to say of course

We havent fully discussed this as changes will be made based on how I react obviously but right now im still in my post contest training for 1.5weeks

What I can tell is we are going to up the frequency at some poin to 5x/week and eventually 7x/week

more focus will be put on legs/back and then we will see

Trying to get the vibe here! I post pics like this almost daily on my fb/instagram and I can post a few like these here too I guess if you guys want, or I can keep this more informative and more standard update pics

Let me know, I can do whichever one

That is one crazy shoulder!

Ca va, Julien? I have (quietly) followed your progress up to this point but I can’t do it anymore. Your delts look like giant pumpkins. You’ve made some seriously sick progress and I, like everyone else, can’t wait to see what you do in the next 14 months.

That is all.
