Yes! I do prefer Plazma but working out 7days a week makes using it kinda not manageable when there arent any specials

Just a heads up, maybe its just me, but dont buy the unflavored glycofuse. Get that orange mango or whatever and orange MAG-10. for some reason the unflavored tastes awful even with the MAG-10 flavoring and foams like crazy

For me personally it works great! I dont really have trouble sleeping right now but when I feel like having a really good night of sleep im taking some and it works very well
