Would this be a good fit for a rugby player? Thinking about trying this out for the off-season, since I’m looking to get stronger and faster for spring ball.
As far as I’m aware Juggernaut is designed or athletes, so it should work fine.
Yeah its good, look up version 2.0 -more sport specific( added speed work, change of direction training etc)
Like, does my sprint training pattern look good for a 16 week cycle? I plan on doing sprints and jumps before lower body workouts

Getting moderately confused, do you mean using the Juggernaut system for sprints, or adding these on top of weights?
I know some jumps and throws are often beneficial at the start of a session, but I’m not sure what puce set out would be.
If you’re considering running Juggernaut, buy the book and see how you feel after reading it through.
Juggernaut system for sprints
I read the book, I’m a bit confused on how I should set it up though. In the book, he says not to go over 200m total sprint volume, but one of the examples he said in the sprint progression in the book said 3x6x30yds, for 540m total?
