Good day .

Been in Pittsburgh this weekend. Diet was okay. Did 20 min. walking on friday and did a DE upper on saturday. Highlights were a 50 x 11 db bench which is a pr.

Ate a lot of ice cream tonight so i expect my weight to be around 177 tomorrow.

Going to be redoing my diet tonight to fit my school schedule etc.

School starts in 2 days. FML. srs

meal 1 - 2 eggs, 4 turkey bacon, 2 pieces whole wheat toast

meal 2- 8 oz chicken, 2 pieces whole wheat bread

meal 3- whey, poptart pwo or Metabolic Drive and 2 tbsp PB

meal 4- 8 oz chicken, any fiberous veggie, 3 oz cheese

meal 5- Metabolic Drive, 2 tbsp PB

Total
2,331 calories or 2,309 on off days

98.3 fat or 112.4 on off days

145.7 carbs or 117 on off days

218.2 protein or 220 on off days

about 40 % protein and fat 20 % carbs.

So this diet is a 150 calorie drop will drop more as needed.

When i meet my goal i will slowly build on this.

May have some Amino Acids Pre WO

This is a very easy diet to follow as it fits my schedule perfectly.


goals by end of september

-32 in waist

-weight is irrelevant

  • maintain strength + muscle

goals by lacrosse season

  • bench- 170

  • squat- 250

  • trap bar DL- 300

  • DL- 275

  • incline bench- 135

  • stay below 34 inch waist.

  • run West side for skinny Bastards till the season

  • prowler/ loaded wheelbarrow / hill sprints/ sprints- 2 times a week.

  • wallball 2 times a week.

  • 3.6 + gpa.

Few more goals.

  • stay focus on what matters.

  • Stop playing pick up basketball so damn much. ( I played almost 2 hours a day, 5 days a week last winter) Surely it effected my gains.

  • minimize time in gym. 1.25 hours or less ( this means less talking, less fucking around)

  • use time efficiently

  • study frequently. No cramming.

i dont want to say youre fucked, but i was fucked 90% of the year in that class

In my school, if you want, you can take biology as a freshmen. My dad pushed me into it and i ended up with a high C. Then there is a Chemistry/Physics block sophomore year you must take. Half the year physics half Chemistry. Class is 2 periods long.

Needless to say im fucked. 2nd day we were givin a 4 page packet for HW. WTF

You’ll be fine man. The fear will push you to success.

I’m just going to make sure i complete all the work and study frequently and well go from there.

Besides being tough to understand i’ve heard its extremely interesting in the later stages of the coarse.

My teacher also always forgot his hearing aid if that lets you know how crazy our class was so if everyone wasnt talking all class it probably would’ve been easier. Youll be fine honestly just go in for help if you need it

I was top of the class for physics 101 in my first year of university. Love it. If you have any questions, you know who to ask.
