I appreciate that bird but don’t be surprised if i end up typing homework problems in this thread. lol

Finally got 225. It was easy but my lat hurt like a bitch.

Need to start rehabbing it more.

All in all it was a good day.

this also ends the first cycle of ws4sb. Going to sub out bench for floor press or incline and sub out squats for trap bar deads.

Does anyone know if 4 week cycles are long enough?

I would switch my exercises every 2 weeks while I ran WS4SB.

CS- 2 weeks sound about right. I’ll try it.

Good day. Floor presses were tougher then i thought. I guess my sticking point is in the middle of the bench movement so floor presses should help me nicely.

Diet is going well. I’m guessing 3 more weeks and ill be done.

Meadows rows are awesome. I know there not a exercise option but they are similar to bb or db rows so i doubt it matters.

Going to be running 4 week cycles with WS4sb3.

Plan to run it into lax season.

Progress will be much better when calories are over maintenance.

Hey buddy,

Ill be interested to see how you go on WS4sb3. Im thinking about maybe giving it a go myself.

Wow. My glutes, quads, and hammies are not functioning right now. So sore/tired. Seriously, walking is a chore right now.

A little update on physics. It’s impossible.

Don’t be afraid to seek out tutoring.

spar- definitely thinking about it. So far we have just flew through some basics and its hard to understand. I’ll give myself time and see how i do. I will definitely start studying for my first test at least a week in advance. On the topic of school, no classes are very challenging besides physics and math. I think i can pull of an A in math and hope i can get a B-C in physics. Really need a 3.6-4.0 GPA this year because of my shitty performance last year.

What don’t you understand buddy??

You might already know about this website, but If not check this out…

Uncle Bird.

Bird- the only things i don’t really understand at the moment are significant figures , velocity/time graphs, and all the other graphs and shit. Today we actually starting doing problems that we will see on our test and they were quite simple.

Going to do some cardio ATM.

8/29

33 min on treadmill

6 incline, 3 speed

burnt 285 cals.

In about a month or so i am planning on changing up my training. I feel like i know what works and what doesn’t. If anyone has any opinions i would love to hear them.

All sets ramped

rdl/sldl- 3 x 6-12

some sort of lung/split squat- 3 x 6-12

Day 4

day 5

push 2

Strict press- same progress as bench

incline bench- sam progress as bench

db flat- 3 x 8-12 reps

rear delts- 3 x 8-12

skullcrusher- 3 x 8-12

May be to much volume. idk. Will NOT be at a caloric deficient . Just want to hear some opinions.

May end up just trying something simpler depending on what you guys think/how i respond.

Looks fine to me. It doesn’t really matter what your training looks like so long as you follow two rules:

  1. Don’t neglect anything.
  2. Go hard as fuck.

It’s clear #1 is covered. #2 is dependent on you.

thanks spar.

I guess ill try this, see how i respond. If its good, keep at it. If i feel like shit, ill drop to a 4 way split.

Remember the two rules and you’ll be fine

Sig figs are easy once you get the hang of them. Which part of them are you having trouble with?

In regards to training:

Rule #1 - There are no rules.
Rule #2 - Refer to rule #1.

Your plan looks good mane.

And fuck you guys I nearly failed chemistry and there was no help </3
