Hello, lol. I was sick of everyone in BOI saying i looked like i was 10 lol. Koala bears are also my favorite animal. If you ever see them in person they are so damn cute. They sleep on small branches and hug there partner which keeps them from falling
Anyways, just bought the new nano ipod. Its the clip on with a touch screen. Just uploaded some nice music and am pumped for de lower tomorrow . Not like anyone cares.

Similar to me.
I have an iPod nano aswell. i like it cause its got a radio on it aswell. The other day while I was doing my lower body session I was listening to the classical radio station, listening to Mozharts symphony 36. Surprisingly it was good music to lift to.
Anyway looks like your making good progress. Keep going strong my koala bear.
Fucking love this. It only takes me like 10 minutes to feel like i’m going to die. Going to continue to do this 2 times a week then when season approaches add in a sprint day.

Dont sweat on the small stuff little buddy. We are athletes… a pizza now and again isn’t going to kill us.
Allow yourself 2 cheat meals a week, and go with the 80% rule (that is along as your eating right 80% of the time, its all good). Your not aiming to be 6% body fat, so you don’t have to sweat the small stuff.
Bird- Thanks for the advice. For some reason this week i have eaten pizza about 5 times. A little overboard for me. I just want to finish my cut asap. 2 cheat meals a week sound good for an athlete. I’ll try it.
