Why not either keep food the same, and lower the training intensity and/or volume, or keep the training the same, and raise food, and sleep? That way it is controlled, and you will know how your body reacts. And so you can get more out of it.
DSSG- Well since ive been out all night this week combined with feeling run down i just decided to forget about structure for a couple days and enjoy myself. In no way is it optimal but its just what i want to do.
Was tired AF today. Set my PR and got out. This puts me at a max around 275-280 which would be a 50 lb increase on my squat in 2 months.
I think i have finally found a way of training that works for me. High frequency and high intensity. Although it might not be what Jim wendler recommend or mark ripp i dont think anyone can argue with the gainz i am seeing.
These last 2 months i have also leaned out. I really don’t see a point to shoveling food down my throat when all it does is make me fat.

I guess. I just mentally sick of tracking shit. Been at parties most nights this week and don’t feel like keeping it clean
Yes, I get sick of tracking food too. Instead I just obey my guidelines, that seem to be working.
Bird’s diet guidelines:
fast up to 12pm most days.
High protein , high carb and low fat for the meals directly before and after training. High protein and low carb for all other meals.
Keep things relatively “clean”. Sweet potatoes, oats, rice and gluten free crepes for my carb sources.
Eat 80% gluten free.
Once a week cheat. Eat and drink whatever you want. Usually for me its pizza, beer and cookies.

I wish i could just squat and bench every day in a rotating order just not sure how to program it. Pull days are cool but seem like a waste of time
I know youre looking at my log thinking of this but don’t do it yet. Youre not far enough there to ensure that youd know what to do when something happens that’s off or controlling how far you push every day.
Well, i’m done with keeping a training log on Tnation. 75% of posters here just jerk of a select few guys who may be big/strong but are complete dick.
I would like to thank everyone who has helped me with my training. Special thanks to Plainpat, Spar4tee, bird, and DSSG. Im sure i have forget some members but truely thank everyone who has helped me on the way.
