Trained with Rich again. My glute was screaming at me on the fifth rep of 425 but I had to push through it. lol. It went great! Yeah, I’ve had an APT pair snap on me. It’s so surprising when it happens! My training partner on the days I need straps actually has a pair so I’ll use his for the time being but once I get home I’ll put in an order. Thanks, man.

Trained on a Poptart and a shake. Decent day regardless. Got yanked off the bench by my lift-off guy on incline but what can you do, stuff like that happens. My grip strength was very weak today which is said to be a sign of overtraining. I think I just need straps. lol. I’m pretty stressed about my exams today and in the next few days. I’ll get over it. I got a LOT of comments about how wide I was looking in the gym today =)

Yesterday was awful. I was working on homework with people for eight straight hours, no joke. I had to skip my leg workout and I missed my nighttime meal as well. I worked my first night as bar security as well and was up until 3:30 AM. That’s not terrible but I was exhausted. Today’s workout went decent despite not progressing the weights much. I will adapt! I’m probably going to have to change my split a bit to accommodate my school work. Grades come first! I’m finally realizing that. lol
