Yeah, it’s unlimited once I get in. Fourteen meals a week. It’s actually pretty decent food too, from my perspective at least. lol. I would hate meal tickets. They overcharge you for everything, might as well let you eat your fill.

Yeah, give linear progression a shot man. I think people underestimate how far they can get with it. [/quote]

Nice, that’s always good - most cafs are pretty easy to steal from, if that’s your kind of thing too, hahaha.

And oh yeah, I definitely try for linear progression, just a different methodology apparently!

Don’t even listen to this KEHD. Pretty soon he’ll be bragging about the Bruins and the Sox, and the letter “a” won’t even exist in his vocabulary. lolz

It’s 4:03 and I can’t sleep, without you next to me I toss and turn like the sea. If I drown tonight, bring me back to life, breathe your breath in me. The only thing that I still believe in is you, if you only knew.

Why did you have to move ;'(

On the bright side, seeing Texas get shit on will probably cheer me up.

Lol yeah, we’ll see how fast he drops his old Texas allegiances. Can’t blame him though, burnt orange looks like puke. I’d want to get that out of my head as fast as possible.

I was running on very little food and sleep as I trained fasted. Incline was disappointing. Haney shrugs are definitely a keeper though. I should really think about investing in straps.

May I suggest the IronMind Sew-Easy straps? Take a little effort to learn but they won’t saw themselves in half like the head-and-tail straps.

Here is a video of the 415x5 deadlift. I didn’t take the video or the quality would be better, Sid is just technologically challenged so he has me do his posting for him.

I lifted with my buddy Jermie today. He used to be an OU running back but is going to be transferring. I’m going to help him out. Flat bench was the same as last time, maybe even better because I’m not sure I put the right weight on the bar last time. lol. Decent workout. I’m gonna have to change things up on close-grip and skullcrushers.

How come on deadlifts you seem to make sure you have a slow eccentric?

It was clearly a good weekend

Funny story…I actually had my first strip club experience on Saturday. Strippers were coming at me left and right and one I got a lapdance from actually grabbed my pecs and giggled after we were done. She was obviously mirin’ my aesthetics and not coming at me for more money

I realized that when I saw it on video…it’s not really with the intent of building the lift. I just hate to be one of those guys who slams his weights all over the place in public gyms. I personally find it a bit douchey.

Is that what you use? I’m a bit wary of online shopping but I follow a good review over anything else.

We should hit up the old Playhouse in Council Bluffs when I return to the Midwest  I think I’m addicted to strippers now.

The first step is admitting you have a problem, then doing nothing to fix it. I have never been to the playhouse but my one of my friends insists it is the greatest thing ever.

About the straps, I have had a pair of EFS straps for a year or two that I got for free with an order that are just the standard ones you loop back into themselves. I use them for my heaviest sets of DB rows and BB shrugs when I still did those and haven’t had any problems.

I suppose if you use straps on everything they would probably break at some point. Mine have been rarely used and have held up to about 545 without issue.

I pop boners due to the commercials. Or my super manly high testosterone levels. Either one, I don’t know. If you haven’t been to a strip club, definitely go. Be prepared for a bit of depression when you see an early 20’s girl with baby belly at the bottom of her stomach from having a baby at a young age. It’s a bit sad.

I don’t really plan to use straps for anything but hanging lat stretches, shrugs and dumbbell rows. I think I take pretty decent care of my lifting gear as well.

Yes, sir. Amazon is pretty reputable I think you will be ok.

Edit: I suppose if you’re not using them much you’ll be fine with the normal straps. I had the Elite pair and an APT pair that cut themselves in half.
