I am going to start posting my workout everyday. Today was legs day.

80kg Front Squats 5 sets of 5 (2 minute break in between) Good/Easy
100kg Back Squats 10 sets of 5 (2 minute break in between) Good/Easy
60kg on back Calf Raises 5 sets of 20 (1 minute break in between) Hard
25 Ab Rollers (Ab Wheel)

Tomorrow is a rest day…

Hey. Today was a good day. I had two days of rest to let my legs recover. Today I did:

32kg Long Cycle (Clean and Jerk) 2 minutes of 4 reps

24kg LC 2 minutes of 10 reps

80kg Flat Bench Press 5 sets of 6 with a 2 minute break between sets

60kg Flat Close Bench Press 5 sets of 10 with a 2 minute break between sets

Hit the bag for about 10-15 minutes.

Today was a conditioning day but also a great way to start out the week.

Didn’t have access to the site for a little while. I am back though. The problem I am running into right now is intensity. The days are running together and I am started to lose it. Tonight I am sitting and reflecting and I must dig deep and kill it tomorrow. I have made such huge gains in these last 4 months. Just as an example. I did 5 sets of 10 on 90kg for bench. 6 sets of 6 140kg for Squats and Deadlifts. I am getting stronger, I just need to dig deeper and find the beast within. It feels like he has been dormant for a while. I need to bring the Beast back into my workouts…

I did my max lifts for the New Year. Just got internet again. Here they are.

Weighed in at 205lbs.
Bench Press- 275lbs.
Squats- 435lbs.
Deadlift- 450lbs.

I am pretty happy. Over the last month I have lost about 10lbs. and haven’t really been able to eat right. I have lost a bit of strength and conditioning but the goal is 300, 500, 500. Have to keep killing it in the gym.

Well, dang it. I’ve invited half the people into the War Room. Looks like they changed that. Guess you’ll have to ask the mods. Sorry!
