Jordan Peters Already Ditches the "RIR High Volume" Training

The one Charles thing that needed push back against was this idea of structural balance. It does not exist. Yes you should push and pull and fix your posture and address weak links. But ppl get so fixed on the ratios of lifts to other lifts. Its dumb. Just say that generally ppl have a weak posterior chain, lats, and external rotators.

Is Juggernaut AI basically the same methodologies that Mike Israetel teaches with his hypertrophy guidelines or a different template altogether?

It was ridiculous, but I think that was the least ridiculous stuff he spoke about.

I believe people are confused by him because he doesn’t state in his programs that there is only one hard set per exercise and instead writes above workouts, stuff like, ā€œTotal sets: 20.ā€

Yes exactly. If you ever bought one of his programs, you read the exercise text, and it will say 4x10…but the fine print says work up to hard 10, then the last set is 8-10 with some intensifier (drop set, RP, partials). And not every exercise has an intensifier set, like squats, rack pulls, barbell pressing…ect.

It is heavily influenced by Mike’s powerlifting guides.
