What’s any of that crap got to do with Obama anyway? The reason people dislike him so much is because he’s like you. He’s very much of the European socialist left. He doesn’t share American values. And the people with the most antipathy towards Obama are tea party conservatives who like blacks and welcome black conservatives and a number of leading tea party candidates and caucus members are black. If there’s any residual racism from the old South it appears in the fringe libertarian movement; a small percentage of a small percentage. I don’t think you have any idea what you’re talking about.
Many Tea Party folks share your irrational conspiracy that Obama is a Muslim. No racist connotations to any of this. Yep, just freedom loving good natured folks.

Says the dude who couldn’t refute the UN study, so pretends it didn’t happen, and has resorted to just calling white people racist.

You’ve literally lost on every level and are just embarrassing yourself. If there is a regular poster here who isn’t professionally trolling that takes you serious at this point I’d shit a brick.

But feel free to make a fool out of yourself. It’s funny.
Once again you linked something that claimed polling and questionnaires were standardised in the US and Europe for it, not the categories each nation has for collecting violent crime statistics.

Your country has five crimes that are classed as violent crime, some European nations have 30 that fall into that category. Comparing them without addressing that and pretending Europe has more violent crime is just staggeringly simple minded.
You can’t now admit you goofed because you have talked yourself into a corner.
Holy fuck. The preface clearly explained you are wrong here. All the graphs in that study were BASED ON THE SURVEYS THAT WERE STANDARD. It was ALSO COMPARABLE ACROSS NATIONS AS PROVEN UPON REVIEW.

The preface itself says you are wrong here.

It’s a study, done by the UN, and it’s comparability across nations was peer reviewed. Why won’t you accept that?

Oh right, you’re a troll.

In and of itself it is not racist, however as I stated when people who never used name pun before start, when they call the first black man to be president a marxist, a muslim, secret supported of islamic terrorism, when they go mad about his administrations infringement on civil liberties yet supported GW twice, there is a pattern.
Ummm, did you miss all of those years where GW’s approval rating was setting records for how low it was?

Do you know how many times GW was referred to as a retarded on this very website?

None of what you listed has anything to do with race… “A pattern,” ya they don’t like him, so what?
As for no one caring about the fact they have a black president, this is obviously false.
I’m pretty sure my finger is a little closer to the American pulse than yours is.

Really…
does that mean they were right and the anti fascist league of the United States was wrong? So infantile to claim that. Guess what, people can see racism in your country, pretending it does not exist is embarassing.
You are clueless about the culture here.

Lol. You have no idea what you’re talking about.
According to a whole shitload of polls large segments of the U.S are indeed … gasp, racist.
Am I supposed to really take this link seriously.

"WASHINGTON (AP) â?? Racial attitudes have not improved in the four years since the United States elected its first black president, an Associated Press poll finds, as a slight majority of Americans now express prejudice toward blacks whether they recognize those feelings or not."

Whether they recognize it or not. Get the fuck out of here with this non-sense.

“In all, 51% of Americans now express explicit anti-black attitudes”

Another gem. A majority explicitly express anti-black attitude. Did they only poll the KKK???

Again, get the fuck out with this utter non-sense.

It doesn’t even list where these numbers came from. Shocker…

And of course, “79% among Republicans compared with 32% among Democrats.”

Another shocker…
And no, its not that racism has magically disappeared
No one said this.
(something laughable to any non white person who experiences it all the time) it is that there are now repercussions for racist actions, so racism has become covert.
Uhuh
I see it all the time
How do you see it all of the time when you’re in Europe?
, when other white people are in the company of other white people who they can trust that is when the epithets fly. These same white people will act outraged at the insinuation of them being racist.
Nice generalization.
White people in the U.S now seem to think racism is lynching a nigger for whistling at a white woman, dragging someone behind a car or being in the KKK. Everything else is just people being over sensitive.
Nice generalization.
Everyone should be a man and stop hiding behind the claim of PC gone mad and just say yeah, I am prejudice, most people are in one way or another.
Americans rarely talk about Europe. How many threads in the last 5 years have revolved around Europe?
My favorite thing about European criticism of American politics is the extent to which our friends across the pond are existentially indebted to us with each passing day. I am not talking about the World Wars. Rather I refer to the fact that the present balance of the world remains in Western favor by way and only by way of American might and influence. To take one small example, I was just reading a book in which the argument was made that EU member states have become so techno-militarily dependent on the U.S. that they essentially can’t conduct more than a minor military operation without American help. Like I said, that’s just one tiny example.

So, the next time a European makes to hate on the terrible racist 'Murican people (and certainly there are many terrible and racist Americans – as if the same could not be said of the hooligans who join in Nazi chants after soccer games in Europe), please go ahead. But remember, while you do, that those 'Murican people pay and sink into debt and volunteer for a (yes, flawed) government and military apparatus without which you are an infant left to be suckled or mauled by real wolves.

This is a general note and not very much related to what’s being said in this thread, because I don’t care enough to follow it on the details.

Those tea party “racist” signs are clearly leftists trolling. Right-wingers troll leftist marches too but they just make fun of them instead of planting phoney “racists” to try to discredit them.

Yeah America stayed out of the war, let Europe rack up debts to it and after all of Europe was demolished fighting the Nazi’s the U.S gained immensely and became the major power. After that the other powers were weakened and had to tow the U.S position.

Also I like how you take any criticism of any Americans and interperet it as me saying all Americans are racist. You also seem to ignore the fact i said Europeans are just as racist. Somehting you couldn’t fathom in your defensive Murican fury.

The interdependence, and in some cases flat out tit sucking the EU does to America, of financial markets shouldn’t go without notice either.

Of course calling Obama a vertebrate is racist!

Don’t you remember that time in American history where we enslaved Africans and would compare them to vertebrates as a way of dehumanizing then? I don’t want to get too offensive you guys, but I’m sure you’ve heard the term “Porch Vertebrate” to describe African Americans before. Believe it or not, this expression is actually an historically rooted term dating back to the 17th, 18th, and 19th century when slavery was legal! Crazy right?

In fact, now that I think about, I guess there isn’t any specific cultural or etymological history of oppressing black people by comparing them to a less intelligent species. My bad guys!

God, George Bush was a SUCH a nigger, though.
