Joker/FSL Assistance

I just came off the BBB six week challenge and finished pretty strong and hit all my down sets the six week after coming up a few reps short here and there the week prior. The only assistance I did was lats (rows, chins, band pull aparts) on upper days and some kind of abs on lower days. I’m almost done with my deload and want to go six weeks of jokers with Fsl. My question is should I stick with the bare bones assistance that I did for the BBB challenge or add 1 or 2 exercises on top of the lats and abs on the respective upper lower days?

The six weeks challenge was good to you with bare bones.

Learn from that.

Just make sure you understand Jokers and FSL`s.
