Running 531 for bench.
Max should be around 245 or 250 ish.
Last time I did a 1rm it was at 235. I have been handling heavier weights easier as of recent times. Have ran 3 cycles of 531, I have doubled 225,and tripled 210 so I hope I keep making progress usually have shitty endurance on bech.Hope to get to 315 in half a year.

I’m doing the Wendler 5/3/1 (3 cycles so far) and will continue till I get 315.

Current bench press: 205x5
Have a long way to go… hopefully in 2 years (Dec. 2015) I will get 315lbs
