John Cena training… check out the gangsta now.
Impressive.
I’m pretty sure all of them train like a bodybuilder, they are basically bodybuilders who can act.

Have you seen the stuff they do in the ring?
So much more athletic than bodybuilders. WORLD’s of difference.
John Cena is an animal. I actually watch that video everyday before I train.
No one trains barefoot???
Come on Vince! Most of us still squat, deadlift and lift barefoot!

yah no kidding he is definitely strong, though I’m sure some drugs do help keep him going with that intense lifestyle. I don’t think they all have to travel constantly do they? I mean they only have matches once in awhile it seems for the athletes to avoid fatigue.

did you just say they can act? lmao
Why smith machine squats?
Anyway the 365 close grip bench for reps was amazing.
smith machine squats? he wasn’t doing smith machine squats.
freaking beast, I remember a while ago there was an arguement with people saying he couldn’t bench 315? O.o
jeezus. Thats nice. He made them 500lbs squats look like a warmup. Inspirational to say the least…
watch end shows that he knows a little something about proper eating as well-wish I had that kind of money to buy tons of boneless chicken breasts-

Wow, he’s ripped!
Excellent video. His strength and his form are both incredible.

Dude its not cool to have such a man crush on John Cena where you go out of your way to watch that video everyday before you train.
Also, its not cool when I see you in the gym, using your I-Pod touch streaming that video from youtube on it.
Actually, its really strange when I see you in the gym sporting the John Cena t-shirt with the fake dog tags in the front, and in the back of the shirt in big bold letters it states “The Champ Is Here.”
Finally, its very uncool when I come over your house and you have your walls plastered with John Cena wearing man thong posters all over your wall and a box of John Cena tissues for cleanup.
As a friend I am just looking out for you, trying to let you know this man crush of yours has gotten out of hand and you might need some professional help.

Do you assume the average bodybuilder couldnt learn how to do that stuff? Of course they could, given enough time to practice.

Not trying to call myth into reality but there was a period where “body builders” were very athletic because of their incorporation of gymnastics into their routine. Back in the days of the old muscle beach when arnie and the boys were all starting out the fellas there were said to be not only quite flexible but also super sporty and able to do things that only regularly training gymnasts can claim to do. Franco columbo could apparently do a straight-legged planche. That’s pretty athletic.
