That funny SD because shes down here right now and she laughed her head off at my cramping. You are also right about the fluids and my sodium intake was way down over the last few days too.

LOL! Let me tell you what happened. It seems that the household ran out of salt a few days ago, not something one normally thinks about. All of a sudden I can actually see Joe cramping in his arms and pecs, kinda weird really. I did feel bad for him, though I laughed and pointed as well :stuck_out_tongue:
Turns out a night of wings and tequlia set it all right :stuck_out_tongue:

Okay here you go.

If you notice I’m not paying attention and I set too far away from the bar. This causes the whole thing to be kind of ugly and I hitch a bit at the top.

Not sure if people will be able to tell from the angle but the bar is hitting my knee cap at the start.

Thanks, there are tons of guys here who could have bigger ones if they did the lift. I like squatting as much as the next guy but for me leg press brings out the sweep of the thigh more.

I hope to be doing 800 by the end of the year.
