When I posted that on Tuesday after your kitty pict I said you worked out yesterday which would have been Monday. You did not put down your workout for Monday.

workout was nice and short

5 hand stand push ups
10 OHS @65 lbs
15 knees to elbows
300 meter row
time 13:38

still feeling blah so this workout did not exhaust me, still recouping
