No it looked bad lunges that far always suck. No problem with knee?

No workout today. Took the day off. Need some rest for tomorrows. I’m sure its gonna be a hell of a workout.

This was a tough one, but I took my time, back didn’t tighten up at all, which is the first time in a long time that I’ve been able to do DL without it tightening up.

Ran some trails today about 2-2.5 miles, wasn’t bad except for the thousands of mosquitos bombarding us. Otherwise I would have ran more. Getting ready for the beachpalooza. Sore from yesterday’s workout, but manageable.

Took it easy on the weight, should have been 85 but was feeling sick last night and this morning. Gonna go light on weight this week, body telling me to do so.

Today is Wednesday, yesterday was Tuesday. I did not work out Tuesday. That post was yesterday, and I said did not work out today, rest day, so that would be Tuesday, not Monday. Yes I worked out Monday, soooooo, if I said did not work out yesterday that would be Monday if posted yesterday, BUT since I posted it yesterday and said, did not work out today, that would be Tuesday, which is what I was tryin to say all along.
