quick way to get burnt out, but I guess if you listened to your body carefully and didn’t push it on low energy days, it would be ok??

Betty, I agree. I did CF WoDs a few years ago and got so burned out my immune system went down the crapper. I don’t think they’re for everyone.
I agree with you both, and I do listen to my body. I modify it accordingly. Last thing I want is to burn out.

I love yogurt with granola. I didn’t work out today, so on those days I try not to eat my normal eggs and bacon. I go a bit lite ![]()
