He’s pretty thick but you can tell he’s only 5’6-5’7. I’d guess 5’6 195.

Ronnie is short. You don’t have to carry a huge amount of mass to look big with his frame. Add to that that he was pretty god damned lean for living that type of lifestyle, and the dude looks pretty damn good. At 5’7", if you weigh over 180lbs sub 10% bodyfat, you’re going to look pretty large.
Situation is also decently lean. Leanness has a magical effect, if you haven’t noticed already. He also has some pretty large guns relative to the rest of his body. what a goober though.
Lol @ the 5’10" 170 “carbi” guy saying he’s 10lbs from looking as good/thick/developed as Ronnie.

from what I heard, Situation (during his freakout yelling or something, or maybe after the fight) purposely hit his head on the wall and got a concussion from that.
Yea they showed the episode last week before the VMAs or whatever and the Sitch Knocks himself out on the wall . Pauly Ds quote about ronnie and the situation fighting is hilarious though

Hilarious and 100% true. Muscles + being lean does not = being a good fighter. You can tell from watching Ronnie hit a heavy bag that he’s never been taught how to throw a punch.

^^^^Truth spoken. Christ, spent most of my youth eyeballs deep in those three activities, all part of the process. My wife and I watch the show when I get home from lifting on Thursdays, and laugh our asses off.
BTW one of my training partners met the Sitch a few months back, 5 foot 5 and a buck-fifty (the Sitch, that is, training partner is like 6’2" and 330, lol).

jwow looks good from far but up close she’s far from good.
this show is just annoying now. It was cool the first season and has just gone downhill since then. I cant stand the ronnie and sammy drama. I bet she has a hard time ever finding a guy in life after this show. Who in their right mind would put up with her shit?
I hope the show gets canceled after this season.

I think the show is pretty much done after this… I think Jwoww, Sitch, Snooki and Pauly D are doing their own little MTV spin-off shows. Anyways, the show is definitely going downhill. First of all can anyone stand Ronnie and Sammi fighting all the time? Also they are all so famous now that the drama seems so artificial and made-up, whereas before it seemed a bit more authentic as the kids were nobodies and were just trying to make a buck or get their fame. that’s my take on it anyways…

The first season was great cause they were nobody’s and half the fun was seeing th guys get shot down by girls after they all talked about how much of a ladies man they were. Then the couple fights were cool but now they they’re super famous all these girls sleep with them just to be on the show and they have bodyguards everywhere keeping them in the ViP. It’s just kinda lame.

x10000…I actually know the situation as well, we worked together for a short period of time in East brunswick NJ in 2007 when I was in between jobs, went out with him to Atlantic City to a club called the Pool, this was pre-shore and he was actually a pretty cool guy, he was certainly full of himself but for good reason the ladies even back then flocked to him. Its all good fun and snook is cute as hell.
