from what I heard, Situation (during his freakout yelling or something, or maybe after the fight) purposely hit his head on the wall and got a concussion from that.
That had to be a warmup set. Maybe not though, since you always see those guys leaving the gym as fresh and clean as they went in.
I usually look like I got hit by a truck and fell into a swimming pool.

Even it was a warm-up set Mtv intentionally edited it to show him lifting light ass weight … I mean what we saw was pre-meditated and THAT makes it funnier to me

Ronnie was down in San Diego over Labor Day weekend and was at the hotel pool bar at J Six… My best friend was there and said that he was about 5’6"
Just so you know that in the tri state area (NY, NJ and CT) 5’6" really is 5’11, we are all pretty short around these parts, Im 5’9" in NY height that means Im 6’3"

And in Matty’s defense, I know a 5’7 dude from New York who can kick some ass. Be wary of short people.

Does he need a step stool to reach the ass?
All of us short guys, come readily equipped with our own stepstool, its a pre-requisite! If your short and do not realize it yet then you are not ready yet grasshoppers.
