i was just wondering what everyone thought about beef jerky and turkey jerky? it has a lot of protein and it’s convenience would be a major plus. not that i would make it my primary protein source but it would be handy seeing as how i’m a full time student. the only downfall that i see in it is salt. is that a big concern if you don’t have any health problems? will it make me swell up like a fat kid? thanks a lot.
