Thanks it’s rough but I will make it. Want to try and salvage it but not sure if I’ll get the chance.
Starting back tonight after a couple of weeks of craziness. Have my daughter this week so probably just 2 days at the gym. do some KB/Sandbag work another day or two. Then next week try and get a good 4-5 days in.
Not Salvageable. Moving on. Time to tear it up.
