I also can’t get in a proper front rack position. I’ve been doing crossed arms whenever I felt like front squatting. I gave the front rack using straps another attempt and it actually felt much better than I remember from when I tried it before.

I think the strap version is recommended over the crossed arms, typically. You can find examples of what I’m talking about everywhere. :fonzie:
