By the 7th set, it felt like i was getting a cramp in my pec-delt tie in. I failed the 3rd rep of the 9th set, and that was the only rep i missed for the whole program. I’m gonna test my max either wednesday or thursday, wish me luck!

Still keeping things simple, i see. But, too simple. You need not neglect accessory/supplemental movements. These movements are very important to building strength, and they are a principle aspect of any program.

Without them your program will suffer, and you will not progress how you want to progress. You might want to check out the “basic training” e-book at eliteFTS.com. It is only around 30$. Money well spent if you ask me…
