- BS and FS have gone down by about 10kg.
- Failed the 4th attempt because of a slow second pull. Failed the 5th because i had a slow second pull, realised this and used horizontal force to compinsate resulting in a big swing.

Decent day. I need to do some snatch pulls especially from the knee, today i was again starting to use too much horizontal force. But it was corrected as i went on.

- First attempt i got under the bar, second i jumped forwards, third i just finished 2nd pull

Mad i didnt get a new PB, but that happens. Glad i got 60 again though. Did the snatch pulls to reinforce the 2nd pull tech. That seems to be my slowest/weakest point. Makes lifting hard.

Update: Aerospace engineering now. You can still ask me questions though … now lol. I’ve started actively theorizing real theoretical constructs.

Last chick I rate 8.2/10. She’s fantastic, BUT the fact that she looks like she is about to take off her undies in a gym docks her a few points. That’s just so gosh darn unrealistic.
