Notes: Ivan’s speech about the rabit not running at 100% everyday and he becomes lunch kept going through my mind, so i decided that it was best that i get out and train. Saw my heavenly blessed beauty and she was doing squats as well… drooled a lil. Anyway Ivan said that his greatest lifters were his most (that word where they dont get distracted etc, i cant think atm lol), so had to forget sloots and think about training. FS were great. Everything was feeling smooth as and 105 was pretty speedy but also definitly a max for today. Took a bita fight, same with the volume work. Glad i did them. I think though that using the straps puts me at a greater leverage to be honest.
Wrist was feeling sweet. Woke up today with a bit more flexability, its now about a 1 instead of 0 LOL!. Ice seemed to help the most. I tried to do some pulls but still cannot squeeze the bar hard enough.

Notes: Im getting deeper than i was previously and the extra 1cm depth is making me literally relax in my hips. Makes pushing up so much harder. Either way still happy with today. Weighing in a little bit heavier which is good. Looking so forward to grannies cooking. BTW this part of the method for someone reading is soooo boring lolol.
Wrist update: Gaining more and more flexability. Maybe there is hope itll be good by next week, id love to do the bar at least. Still cant set up for a back squat yet. Soon, very soon.

Notes: Finally can back squat again. Felt awkward as fuck though. Mainly cause i have to grip the bar with my elbows horizontal lol. Will add weight tomorrow. I knew today was gonna suck because i had been sitting in a chair for ever. Other than that wrist flexibility is coming along. Just taking time.

Notes: Was a shitty day. Had an exam, was awake early etc etc etc and lots of complaining. Back squats felt so foregin. Anyway everything will be made up, when tomorrow afternoon i sign my own gravestone. Let 2x a day training begin.
Exam was okay i suppose. Im being pretty negative about it actually. Dunno why.
