Notes: Was a pretty decent day. Going 5/5 on snatchs is some good positive reinforcement. However ive got the biggest bruise on my pubic bone from using too much horizontal force.

Went to a chrio today for realignment and we had a look at my xrays. Nothing major, but my L5 i think it is (the bottom one) right near tailbone has some degeneration because of a tilt. Middle back has a bit of a deveation from straight. Got that a little fixed and then my neck isnt in the best shape. It curves forward instead of curving back. Chiro was telling me its gonna take 6 - 1 year to get that part fixed. Least i know whats wrong now i can work on fixing it.

- worked up to a max of 90kg.
- Was having a bench comp with another guy. Hes 53kg and lifted 75kg, Thats 1.5x BW and i only lifted 1.1x BW. I lost to a 53kg lad.

A lot of work done on this day. Feeling good though. It was great to apply myself to squatting again. Up to 100 it felt heavy after 100 they werent as heavy as 100. If that makes sense.
