Notes: BS was okay. Didnt feel as great as the previous days. I just lost my groove so to speak with 120. Anyway snatchs got better as time went on, recognised a few errors and tried to correct. C&J did the same. Started out pretty bad, and then once i recognised errors in my catch phase it was much better. I didnt do FS warm up because i just used the cleans to warm up. Anyway FS were decent. I havnt gone over 100 in a long time and i dont know why, i need to keep pushing myself. 100 was fast.

Notes: LONG ARSE DAY. Back squats werent too bad, 110 was shit. First 120 was sweet, second one was slow. But doing 120 twice in one day is an achievement. Snatchs were all over the place. Im finding im not locking everything in tight during the catch phase. I will definitly need to work on this or goodbye gainz.
C&J however were amazing. I know its only the bar but everything felt smooth as like i was moving in 1 motion (no homo). Front squats werent too bad. Nearly passed out on the 2nd 100 after i racked i had to sit down, Bar must be on a vein or something lololol. INB4 DEATH.

Notes: AMAZING session tonight. Back squats were moving so fast. 120 was as fast as 100. So that in its self is a big achievement. But i am getting rather annoyed at missing anything over 120, it sucks. But Eh cant really complain seeing as daily max has gone up 10kg. Snatchs & C&J were feeling great. Excited about touching weight on monday and getting some time with a coach will be great as well. FS were great, literally really smooth. FINALLY GOT 110. IT was funny, had a friend of mine standing behind me like a distance away and i went down and pushed up and then he said " COME ON" and i let out the biggest viking yell. ODIN would of been proud. and it was also funny as everyone turned around and looked, viking yell in packed gym brings the Lols. Insanely happy about tonight performance.

Notes: Back squatting wasnt too bad. Had a lot of distractions today, including some fuck doing curls right infront of me. But more so this girl doing lunges in these tight short shorts. oh the benefits of a commercial gym. Anyway I was tilting and stuff and shit like that because of my day off. Really regret it actually, but i did get a lot of study done. I was originally going to go up to 100 but i didnt have time as i wanted to do some snatchs. Snatch’s were pretty good as well, still a little shaky at the catch though.
When i started this method i wrote down all my maxes. Although i put a 112.5kg(had only done this off a slightly below parallel box) raw squat down as my max it really wasnt, my max was more like 100. SO in 2 months my max’s have gone from:
- Back squat: 100 - 120 = 20kg
- Front squat: 82.5 - 110 = 27.5kg
- Snatch: 40 - 47.5 = 7.5kg
- C & J: 50 - 62.5 = 12.5kg
- bench : dont bench no more.
- Deadlift: dont deadlift no more.
So thats a total of 67.5kg/ 148lb increase across the board. Thats pretty cool. Im enjoying this style of training. it actually feels like i achieve something everyday, even if i miss a lift the fact that im tired and sore and wrecked and still managed to walk 30 mins to the gym and train just makes me feel good. Not that westside didnt have days were i felt the same just nothing brings the sense of power and achievement as training everyday does. / small rant.

Notes: The reason why i had to end it is on the 3rd attempt at 70 my elbow hit my knee on the catch and i hyper extrended my wrist. The reason why i think this happened is because my grip is close and i dont catch the bar with my elbows up. the first reason is obvisouly major and the reason why i changed from a wider grip is because of flexabiliy. When wrist becomes okay ill be moving back to wider. Lesson learned. The second reason will come with practice i am sure. I tried snatching but i just couldnt hold the bar over head.
This is not an excuse to not front and back squat. For FS if i cannot grab the bar ill be using wrist wraps. For back squats if i cannot grab the bar (highly unlikely it is that bad) ill be using wrist wraps. Hopefully itll be better in a week.
The worst part about this is that it was my writing hand and i have exams in 6 - 8 days.

Notes: Well FS are the only thing i can do at the moment. With 0 flexability in my wrist i cant grip the bar so i need to use wrist wraps. Took me a while to get used to the different leverages. All the front Squats from now on will be paused. At least until i can get function in my wrist again. This method of FS causes some mild pain but its nothing that i cant push through, it wasnt weird pain so thats a plus. Goodbye beloved Back squats.
I am guessing my wrist wont be functional by the time i go back home and train under the coach which saddens me greatly (no homo). Since i can only FS this is basically what im going to do, everday:
