Puregym, but yes I believe it’s a cleaning and monitoring thing though I agree all that does is concentrate occupancy, especially with some closing at 5 on a Saturday which will cause a surge between 3-5.

Long time coming Pinkybrah. I’ve had a good 3/4 of a year with it so far and see more gains for a while to come. At this stage it’d be something like +20/20/30 SBD and I think I’ve left a fair amount on the table between not sleeping well and going pig program often. So i think you’ll get good gains as it builds u back up and muscle memory does it’s thing

I’m using Average to Savage 2.0 last set Amrap as a way of guaging my weekly weight increases

Ye. They are a nice framework. The flexibility and customisability is great. I go off program a solid 80% of the time to varying degrees tho
