Nice tension on the weighted one arm push-ups, felt like proper triples at 5rm territory.

New 2" band pair will be a nice addition for back day especially.

No idea why split squats burned so much. Seriously painful in the quads. Guess I need to do more of them.

i was quite surprised how hard they worked the quads with a relatively light weight

If you can fatten up your wife over the next few weeks you’ll have a decent progressive overload there.

shes one of those lucky ones that never gains weight, baby on the other hand is getting heavier faster than im getting stronger.

Pinky is strong as both his wife and kid would need to hit Obese class II to get a decent stimulus
