eeeh im cheating on pistol mobility, i do them wearing oly shoes for the heel lift, and I stand on a 4" block of wood so my front leg doesnt have to come up as high ha. For me the purpose is tension through full ROM, the fact I haven’t got the mobility to do a ATG pistol on the floor should not be the limiting factor.
I thought one armed push ups meant wider feet but this beast just proved me wrong. I’m sure there’s some weight being supported by the sliding hand since this is a ab wheel replacement, but damn.

I can do 3 reps narrow as of today, definitely much harder and you do have to short your hips to the side otherwise it’s literally a 2 pointed stool. But yes those are closer to archer pushups so easier to stabilise, though dude is clearly an absolute beast.
I hate being the guy who yells “steroids” but I can’t help myself there. Dude is large, strong, and photo shoot ready year round. He’s still impressive, but I hate him for making it look so easy.
And it’s okay. I’m just jealous of his circumstances. I’m a fatty at heart and I could eat according to my heart’s desire if I was brave enough to use that stuff.
I completed my college internship at the US Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, NY. The bobsledders’ mission was to get as big as possible without slowing them down. More weight helped them get down the track since it’s a gravity fueled sport. The start has a huge impact on overall time. Hundredths of a second at the top (start) turn into tenths at the bottom (finish).
The key was to find the perfect weight for your team members. I guess I feel like I’m searching for the same thing. I’m not worried about the scale; I’m worried about quality mass, comfort, and performance.
