Not a deficit at all, I doubt I losr any fat this week. Just emptied glycogen through the week and then cut water yesterday.
No glycogen makes you look flat as hell, but the dehydration does make you look lean.

So ixnay on carbs for a week?
Looking fit!
Yea exactly, strict zero carb from Monday, took me from 88.5 to 84 by Friday AM. Cutting water out, and still no carbs, then took me rest of the way.
8kg in one week, fuck me
were there many people competing in the 82kg class? I can imagine it would be a pretty small class (especially in the untested division).
Were you competing tested or untested?
I have no idea, comp is today but I doubt the class will be packed, not that it matters. I’m competing with the scoreboard, not trying to win the meet (hollow victory).
I’m competing tested.
There are 50 people competing deadlifts though, and being deadlift only raw and classic get merged so you never know, might be some relatively full classes.
But the 82kg class is with the women right. The rest of the guys are tommorow
No it’s everyone today. The women deadlift at 3, up to 90kg deadlift at 4, 90+ deadlift at 5. I’ve never lifted in the same.flight as the ladies, they might be on the same.day, but always.a.different flight
Is it deadlift only
In Feb, I am competing with the ladies. Only guy class on Sat is the 82.5kg class
It will be ‘up to 82.5’ on the sat, not just 82.5. It’s like that for most qualifiers. Depending on the number of entries it will be men up to 82.5 or up to 90 on one day with ladies and/or juniors, then the heavies the next day with the equipped.
So lifts went Ok.
Opener -300kg, easy, 3 whites
Second - 320kg, harder but still quick. Good lift, but knee went ‘crunch’ at lockout. I think I had 330 in me, but I’d be more annoyed if I injured myself than I am for not trying 330.
So it doesn’t feel like a bad injury, just a little tender, so I’ll have to keep an eye on it for a few weeks.
Where can I see video from the competititon? Equipped or row?
8 kg in a week only from glycogen and water, that’s unbelievable !!! I presume 2-3 kg are realistic, may be 4-5 for a bigger man like 120+, but this is … wow… Are you sure that you didn’t drop any fat? :).
Maybe a tiny bit of fat, but I wasn’t in a big deficit. I was in a deficit the day before weigh in, but only so much fat you can drop in 1 day I think.
I’ll upload the video soon

Most importantly of all, my curl training paid off, taking the overall win on wilks with a 75kg curl.
Vids of that when I get home.and have WiFi
Ur closer to the strict curl world record than anything lol nice
Dude. 300KG looked like baby weight, and you look jacked as shit. Awesome job all around.
Did you widen your stance bruv?
I did, but not deliberately. Think that might be what hurt my knee tbh.
I dunno if you can still rotate your hips out and get decent joints alignment in the horizontal plane then should be aight
