Since I been doing SBD every workout I kinda forgot the feel of just going in and deadlifting. I actually reckon it feels a bit better squatting and benching before deadlift cos between them whole body is warmed up and kinda pre activated and shit

Agreed, I definitely feel better deadlifting If I’ve done a full squat warmup.

Pros: All pulls without straps, even the 260’s.

Cons: last set of 260’s ripped off a callus. Blood everywhere.

Woke up still 192 after yesterdays re-feed. Might reduce my deficit seeing as Im within 5% of comp weight and have been losing at nearly 3lb / week.

24 hour weigh in should mean 5% drop is a cake walk, don’t want to be too light for sure.

Don’t want to accidentally end up in the 75’s. lel

Last workout of prep cycle today, actually looking forward to a few weeks lower volume. Haven’t done a deload in a few months and with the calorie deficit starting to feel a little beat up.

My new belt came today, old one was too big (and cheap shit to boot), while I could have added holes there is so much excess length. Got me a nice lever belt, IPF approved baby, #GOLDSTANDARD! Lel. Start breaking it in tonight.

1RM test next Wednesday will be interesting.
