With his outreach he really could’ve brought Powerlifting as a community together and forward. He should’ve set up a skype round table discussion with successful coaches from around the US instead of hoarding it and selling it off through Kizen.

That was a lot of pulling. Managed most of the workout without straps, but had to use them for the 261’s because my calluses were coming off. Managed the first 200 hook grip, so a thumb PB.

Bench felt a bit off but hopefully thats just because I did double bench yesterday and am not back to 100%

Ha that would be impressive, and I wish I could claim it.

No 89 is my bodyweight, its just how I use the app that has my BW as the weight lifted.

192.5 weigh in today. Good progress and feeling more confident of hitting that 181 weigh in.

First real diet challenge this weekend, visiting the wife’s friends this weekend which means them cooking for us, and a meal or two out. Will see what I can do about damage limitation without being a massively antisocial a**hole.

Disregard social etiquette acquire diet gains. Tell them their food is shite and whip out your meal prep for the weekend: boiled chicken breast and broccoli.

Close, baked gammon and broccoli. I absolutely will though, and it will be steak with salad subbed for the fries at the restaurant. That ones easy.
