i dont know what these guys are talking about. you look lean, but i dont see where the solid stuff comes from. granted you do bench 225 for 10 and thats not bad.

There’s no doubt you look good, and you have probably worked hard for it, but to be honest, i ain’t impressed, considering that you’ve done so much steroids since 2004 that you can’t even get a boner (Yes i’ve seen your threads on other forums).

I’ve seen your original RMP thread when you were “elite baller.” You’ve definitely transformed yourself and unlike the previous poster, I could care less if was natural or not. nice work.

On a side note, do you suffer from an inferiority complex; A regular mirror jockey, if you will?

The 1st set of pictures was plenty - no need to add a bunch more goofy poses just to stimulate more posts.

and funny thing is im stronger now then i was when i was on test…and it was 100mg a week it wasnt even all that much and it was hrt…Wasnt even like i was taken in for that purpose…I will say though that its the dumbest thing i ever did…And the boner thing yea that works fine…So yea im fine wish i wouldnt have taken test…But hey you know what it was an experience and i learned alot from it…

all this work was done while not on test…when i was off test i went down to 175 at about 11 percent body fat…And no thats not while holding a shoe…lol. But in all seriousniss i went from 175-190 and now 8 percent body fat…100 percent natural…only suplement i took was a fatburner for energy and 100 percent whey protein

are you doing direct work for your obliques?

Can you edit your posts with the blurry pictures and put in “clearer” pictures. They’re quite blurry like that bicep one.

Physique definitely looks good, juiced or not I suggest you ignore the haters. They’re either jealous or are suffering from jealousy.

One thing I would recommend is bringing up the leg work.

What is his body fat percentage anyway?

so in all fairness though…We talk about the body fat thing as a joke…But now how many of you have put on 15-20lbs of muscle without gaining fat and without juicing?..Not like i was eating alot or more then maintance…just changed my routine around and had a carb rush after my workout-150g of hi glycemic carbs…one raw egg when i wake up and another raw egg threw out the day at some point…I mean you al make fun of me yess…but have you guys had maintance calories…and gained 15-20lbs of muscle and lost body fat?..Just like if id get a bit more respect…You seem to make fun of almost anything i say or do.

Id hope that on this site almost everyone has put on 15-20 pounds of muscle, but I’m probably wrong. A lot of it has to do with how you type, and some of what you say, you come off as a deuchebag with most of your post, but you are getting a little better.

Agreed. Proper spelling nets you a lot of respect.

But like I said before, you’ve done OK and your physique is good compared to last time. But please… just for the memories… post us a fresh shoe pic.
