When the hell did the price per song go up?
There’s not a chance I’d pay 1.69 per song anymore.
Hell, I was trying to stop pirating things on the internet. But they’ve just given me more incentive now to either go out and buy the album, which I’d do for artists I really like, or to just download it from a sharing program.
I really haven’t been living under a rock, but when did this happen?

Still says $.99 on my iTunes.
Did you just update to a new version of Itunes? that happened to me a few months back where all of a sudden I was in french itunes or australian or something right after an update and the songs were more. Check to see that your in the US version of the store, which should still be .99 (should be a little flag or something right on the front page) I have used the itunes store only once since xmas and they were .99 Im not at home so I cant confirm that they might have been raised but it has happened to me before.
For which artist?
Stuff from Cradle of Flith is listed as 1.69.
Perhaps a difference due to record labels?
I selected Yo Yo Ma, Beyonce etc.
Cradle the Faith? Cradle the Faith has one song and its $.99.

HA! He misspelled Flith and iTunes corrected it as Faith. But he meant Filth. But in both cases they’re $.99.

Yeah, just log in to the appropriate store. This was a bug that happened with the last iTunes update, I think, but it didn’t happen to everyone.

Yo yo is first when you open the iTunes store. Beyonce is first on the right side of most download I believe.

yeah, thats what they all say…i dont even fuck with i tunes anymore, those dollars add up too quick.
