It's Good to Have Goals

So this is not a workout video but through weight loss I was able to do this, it was fun! There was a day when I would have not met the weight requirement

Than bouncing is cool. What is it? I’d like to try this.

I am way behind in posting, will update my last few weeks soon…its been a busy few weeks, but here is video of progress:

I have not taken the time to post the last few weeks daily routines I will do that soon but today was day 3 in week 9, so last day of program and made my PR and did not only 1 set of 175 pounds on squats but hit 2 sets of 3 after a 140x1x3 and 155x1x3!!! Bench was 110 today and got 6 reps up total.

Tested on Deadlifts: 265 1 rep max hitched that a little did 255 real clean: ONE HAPPY LADY! Onward and Upward bound!

Did Boot Camp with a 20 pound weighted Vest directly after the pull=Tired and accomplished

Thats 127 pounds over my bodweight of 138 today!

Hell of a deadlift. Now you have the power itch and you can feed it with bigger numbers.

Thank you…and you are right I want that 300 :)…it will take time and dedication, but I will hit it. I appreciate the words of encouragment!

Squat Testing Today:

185 Clean good squat
195 good, tad high
200 went down 1st attempt, went back for more, a bit high but got down and got up…Happy to make such progress, form will come with bigger lifts, took a video to see what I need to work on. I left the gym happy :slight_smile:
