Yeah…I know…Im trying to focus, get so into it I lose sight and just go…funny thing is I think to myself that seems a bit heavy, oh well… do it anyway then realize after the fact, or someone tells me…DUH!

I have literally been to tired to post I think my fingers even hurt but I can report:
5x5 125 Squats LOW, no bar…I did 5x5 at 195 for Deadlifts today. 70 OHP at 5x5… I may try a one rep max on deads at a high weight soon just to see…
I will back log my workouts soon…My body weight was 138 today…feeling pretty ripped up tired from this program but its great stuff!
