Its Finally Time. ( W/ Log 14 Weeks )

Hey there folks, just updating things for the log. I did my seventh pin monday night, body is feeling ok abd my energy is still through the roof, started back to taking my adex for when mu test starts to kick in. A low dose .25 mg E3D.

Ive been having shoulder problems these past two weeks, so im taking it easy for the next week on the shoulder area. I may make a decision to lower chest training to almost nothing and focus primarily on building my delts. Heightened react time will help with this a lot. Ive gained 15 lbs in just under 4 full weeks, much ofn which I am thinking is water weight. Im looking pretty puffy to say the least.
Im going to post some pics however I feel the differences are quiet minimal so far. Maybe you guys will have something to say.

Since I bumped my diet back upwith higher protien then usual, I have had problems with my lower end, typical of a increase in protien for me, but embarrassing non the less. Smelling like the worst kind of ass possible isnt cool lol.

Well here’s the photos, let me know if you guys have any input!

Front

Back.

So this is 31/2 weeks in. Up 15lbs since start, 205-220. 16% bf

Feeling pretty tubby!

Quick update: I just saw my chiropractor abd the messed up workout I had the other day, (chest ) was due to my shoulder being out if place structurally. I got an adjustment, and felt an instant difference. Things are looking back up, stay safe abd eager to move into the future

Popping back in to give a quick update,

Today was pin #9. The start of week 5. And lets say I now know things are “on” im done with the dbol, and moving into the test!

I did back today and did I ever have a pump holy heel! I was conscious of every muscle moving on each and every rep. It felt AMAZING.

As for my shoulder, I have learned.I have a slight strain in my pec minor, at the origin of the muscle. That is why the pain is under my anterior delt. I did shoulders earlier today and everything moved well, just have to stay off the chest exercises for a while.

Ill attach a photo I took as I feel I do see a difference, it is hard.to tell wwith the bloat as well, im much softer then I was.

Things feel great; my energy is always full, I can just move and move in the gym. Doing heaviest sets at the end of the workout. I am definitely impressed.

I have noticed a bit of shortness of breath, but only midly, and only after sets. ( wasn’t like this before
) Think that’s all for now! Feeling very good.

Back shot at the start of week 5

Time for another quick update! Very quick, I came off of dbol, and lost. Almost five lbs! This is nice haha as it was most definitely all water weight. Still sitting ten lbs over start weight! That’s all for now keep ya posted ( if anyone is reading this anymore? Lol! )

I’m still reading! How do you feel your strength gains are coming along?

Strength is good, im training more conservatively turn normal as to stay injury free, but im hitting weights I haven’t hit since. Before my injury. Which is good for ne mentally. stamina is the best part thigh. By far

Week 6. One day before my twelve pin.
Im almost half way there. I thought I felt the test before, but now im sure I do. Things are feeling great. An old strain in my rectus femoris that caused me grief here and there has almost totally disapated. I stretched my left leg pain free for the first time in months.

The main reason for doing this cycle for myself was to get back to where I was before my injuries. And I tell you, im getting there.

My legs have been feeling so good and actually did sowm squats monday evening, and hit 225 for 2/10 245 for 2/8.my first time back squatting also in months. I felt 100% but I knew not to push it too far. Jesus Christ did it ever feel good to have soar legs again. I proudly walked around like a pickle was up my ass all day yesterday, not even worried at all.
As for my upper body things are goibg good as well; I think my arms are starting to grow, and im just trying to really build some size and strength in my shoulders, working them twice a week.

Ihave to continually tell myself to stop my workout there and not do another exercise or ill just continue to lift, my energy levels are definitely un matched to anything they’ve ever been before, even with pre workout. Things are going really good.

On an final note, I have been entertaining the idea of bridging ny cycle with 40mg of anavar for 4 weeks to help myself cut a bit of fat down while still building some muscle.

I think they about sums it up for now folks, talk soon

Hello hello,
Time for an update.

I am feeling that my test has kicked in in the fullest this week, my weights are flying up, my strength is continually increasing and my endurance is un matched.
I have had trouble with bench press during my recovery after my nerve injury. I am now able to put up all three benches again, i got up 175 for 10 abd 185 for 8 today on flat.

Leg day tommorow, doing squats for the second time in many months. All my limitations and stressors seem to be relaxing, and disappearing. This is exactly what I wanted from this cycle so I am definitely happy.

My body weight is Still sitting at 220, my body fat reads a drop to 16.4%.

I have also started anavar today, and will be running 60/80 mg a day for the remainder of the cycle.

I have continued to incorperatr my physio therapy exercises twice a week into my routines, as I figure it can only further benefit me in the long run.

Definitely happy so far; and have another 6 weeks to go!

Today was leg day; down on the squat rack again I matched my 235 for 2 sets of 8 then did 2 sets of 285. Hitting 2 and 3. I was happy hitting those weights up again. I had a froend watch my sets for me, and assures that I did hit 90 degrees so my rep range was decent.

I did a droped set on my last set going from
285 /2
235 /5
185/6
135/8.

Some lunges and hamstring curls finished off the majority of the workout, some small hip exercises and calf work as well. Just keeping yall posted I suppose!

A updated leg shot, forgot to attach it.

Nothing like cycling to work your legs, lol.

Following this thread closely, good stuff.

Im not training just my legs if that’s what you meant? justhapppened to post up my leg workout

Good shit bro. Glad to hear its all working out!

What horrible luck… :frowning: I picked up some type of stomach bug/flue and have been totally bed ridden for 4 days, eating next to nothing. I think this is goibg to take my sucess down a couple notches quickly. I am pulling out of it, but still very quiet weak and woozy.

Fuck. That’s all for now guys

Bro,

Sorry to hear this! Pull out if you wish but would it hurt you to stay on your regiment? Maybe you will learn something along the way.

No no double gun, misunderstanding. I am starting to pull out of the sickness. I am going to continue my next 4/5 weeks; and really try to gun hard making up for my losses this past week.

I havent been able to weigh myself, buy I can only imagine. I feel frail like a newborn fawn. My body is unhappy. Once my stomach can handle it im gonna csrb load big time and try to recover

Omg I feel partially depressed. I went from reading at 228 15.5 % bf down to 215 17% bf. Jesus. I know alot of this will be my water being off, and ill do what I need to reload my body up, but jesus Christ. I feel like I just got raped of all my gains. I suppose I still have another 4 weeks to try and round it back up hey?

Heres giving er ’
