My first workoutback after being sick, I ended up hurting a previous pec minor strain, so imgoing to have to baby it a little while… Maybe I can get back in a week or two with peopee rest and ice. Back too legs tonight, back was last night, where I also had some pain in the pec/ under the anterior delt.

Going to extend my cycle two extra weeks, and up my dose to 800mg a week. Running anavar at 80mg currently aand for four more weeks

Ok here we go. Things are going well, abd im feeling great. Besides a few hiccups, my tendons I can feel swelling up, my bicep tendons I can feel swollen day after a workout. my chest is healing up decent, just did 5 sets of flat bench and 3 sets of decline, my strength is stillfeeling great.

I did some dead lifts last night which I have not done consistently for quiet some time. I hit 255 for 3/10, 275 for 10, and then 305 for 5 ( my hands were slippin pretty bad at that point, and i had no straps with me)
I tell you right now, my lower back pump was EXTREME. Needed a little nore time between sets to feel mobile again.

I have upped my dose of test to 750 a week; abd decided to extend my cycle to 15 weeks. Ive done 2 shots at 375 and I tell yea, just adding .3 ml of oil fucking RAPED my ass, I had some P.I.P like no other shot. But I’m still alive so no complaints.

I have a video of my set at 275, I know my form isnt perfect; but im working on fixing my postural problems. ( you can see my upper back/ shoulders dip down even while the rest of my back is straight) so ill try to upload that for shits and giggles.

Anyway, videos aren’t the focus, getting strong is!
Some upper body progress shots would be nice to see. Since I’ll assume thats where you’ll develop fastest.

Ill take a few, however I feel like the gains aren’t as noticable as I would have thought. Keeping in mind I am 6"4’ … take alot more room to spread it all out over lol . Ill take some shots tonight

Had a great chest workout today, did 5 working sets of flat press, 175/12 195/7 200/5 185/6 175/6. I did some decline press at a steady 155/8 *3. Finished my workout off with some tricep pull downs cable flys and kickbacks. My tendonitis started to act up so I called it a day.

Feeling good, strength is about back to where I was before me thoracic nerve injury. Hoping to get a bit more correction on the lordosis and upper postural problems in my last few weeks here.

Popping in for another update, I have felt a drastic change in my body in the last week or so, with energy waking up, libido ect… I think the higher dose of test (750 mg a wk ) is doing wonders… I think I know my sweet spot for future cycles.
I have roughly three weeks left on cycle and have gained 25lbs.

Sitting at a hefty 230 lbs, 16% Bf.

The fat is getting to me still, but in my frw attemps at cardio my feet still cause me alot of problem up into my.hips, which effects my weight training.

Just did a leg workout tonight, got those squats up too 285/5 for 2 sets. i benched 210 for 2 end of last week.

Unfortunately I have to lay off dead lifts because it is still affecting ny hips and causing meeeeeeee back pain afterwards ( until corrected by my chiro)

Oh, I’m about dobe the anavar I was taking and honestly didn’t get Much from it. … I ran out at 80mg a day 4 weeks and a bit, I definitely would prefer dbol with the bloat over anavar without bloat.

how about some progress where you hold your phone in one hand and have it at like shoulder height, and what week you on now?

Also did chest tonight, pushed out 225/2 on flat, and 185 /6 on decline for three sets. Things are really feelng great now, I feel like I should have uppee my dose from the start, my body is very receptive now.


Alright, another update on things;

Did shoulders, decent weight 115 /10 3 sets, on barbell press. did get some pain in the old pec minor strain again… trying to work with it as best as possible until the cycle is over,

On a brighter note, I hit legs today
And smashed out 285/6 reps *3 sets finishing with a set of 300/3.
Lunges 3/12 each side stationary, I finished it off with a super set of s.l dead lifts and leg press 3 sets of 12. Felt great about my leg work out!

Back workout went well as well this week, I wont get into the exercises and all as they are pretty basic. But my numbers are going up!
So that is great.

In heinse site looking back I should have waited to do my cycle, completing more postural correction exercises for a few months, as it would have made my cycle much more impressive. Things have been a great learning experience though, andmi know where I need to go from here. I do however have another week maybe a week and half left. Planning a trip to cuba with the lady when things are done.

I have been really happy with the way ive felt at 750 mg of test; ununfortunately its going to get cut short as me and the girl have made plans to travel and have a vacation.

Im changing my plans so that im not flying out of country with drugs on me, and also so im nit worried about ED. (My lady didnt know I have hit the cycle )

So where I planned to end in two week, im starting a taper of sorts, custom built for.my needs. Ive decided to lower my dose down to 200mg test a week, and ride that for the remaining four weeks until we fly. Ill then spend the week away, another week off when we get back, and then start nolva full force!

Workouts still feel great, it horrible, id like to never get off the gear; Butthere’s plenty of time for more play in the future.

Ill take some photos for progress so peoplenhave an idea if they wanted to know.

Ive put on 25 lbs but I definitely don’t look like I have; again keep in mind im 6’4"… with real long limbs

Most the cycle I was 600mg a week, but I upped it the last few weeks to 750mg a week. Im now cruising at 250mg a week until holidays then starting pct, ive stopped taking adex, makes.me feel lethargic
