On another note, I definitely don’t want to sound like a crazy person, But I have had two huge, systic zits in the last two days. I haven’t had a systic zit ib quiet some time since I saw my dermatologist and duff my medications. The crazy thing is its only been three days since my first pin? Is it even possible to had that effect so quick? Or pure coincidence? Just found it weird!
Alright ! Well im 4 days in, And not noticing anything yet, But im quiet sure this is normal! I did my second pin today, Hopefully I did it better then my first one, I ran hot water over the syringe to warm it up and was much more steady this time around. I couldnt believe how hard it was to push the plunger down with the oil in it! Im using 25 g to pin with. My first pin ( Monday/4 days ago ) I had thought went great! But then just yesterday I went for a tan at my work, and felt this large bump under my skin, and not even where I pinned. I looked up proper pin procedures and everything, did the top-outer quadrant of the left cheek.
However I have a bump in the upper inside of the left cheek ( closer to my buttcrack ). Now stupid me I started messing with it, pinching it and such thinking I had an absess deep in the skin ( I get these on my back and stuff sometimes ) which left bruising on the spot afterwards, ( stupid ). The bump however is not Red/very painful/hot so I think all is fine.
I would like to avoid this bump if possible, Research I’ve done suggests a couple things, If this second pin isnt bump free, I think im going to have to jump up to 1 1/2’ pins, im only using 1 inch currently. I am at about 15% BF currently so I do wonder if I need a larger needle and the oil leaked the muscle and moved over? Not sure. I just dont want to waste the gear either, or get sick obviously. Kept everything sanitized and clean.
As for the day to day shit, I have had a headache the last couple days, Primarily because of this foot pain im feeling every day. Which is just a dimmer on each day, but training has continued to go ok, havent felt any real strength gains from the DBOL yet, but I’m also only 4 days in. So lets keep on giving er!

I did my first pin Wed. I noticed it took quite a bit of steadyness on the plunger to inject. I will try warming mine up tomorrow when I do my second pin.
I noticed the same squige, just getting used to it. Its not like a flu shot. Much slower. My second pin eent very smoothly. Tomorrow my third. Im surprised to announce my libido has jumped drastically. I feel like a teenager on ecstasy. The only thing that I have to worry about is soarness in my right elbow, tendon on my tricep attachment, also pulling on my anterior delt. I’ll rest and stay off my push movements just a little while. Anywho, that’s all for now
another quick update for those interested. I posted another thread about this, but for logging purposes, here it is. I have been getting joint pain/ tendonitis in my elbow. Mainly my right, but both to a certain degree. Its manageable, and I have had tendonitis previous, so related? Possible.
I’m surprised at the effects im feeling only being a week and a half into things. Im staying to find eating large meals post workout a little more difficult, I actually gagged eating chicken today, that’s a first. Ihad ti start taking smaller mouth fulls, which slowed down the meal time.
Other then that feeling great pumps, and endurance, and still feeling great! Just force feeding myself here and there
As stated. Taurine, Massage, and maybe a dip in the tub bro. Take it easy. Dbol doesn’t affect tendons as a direct action of the drug. Make sure not to put so much stress on it —> Better to take a two or three days off than injure yourself mid cycle and fuck everything up.
That’s what funny; there hardly is any stress on it. I’ve learned that I was not hydrated like I normally.am, from drinking on the long weekend and things. Thinking that had some sort of reaction with it. Im dealing with it; abd its getting better. One day at a time pin tommorow! Whoooo
Ok here we are, start of week 3, fifth shot of test enth. Im staying to feel slightly neurotic about this, looking forward to pinning for some reason, feeling giddy about it. lol. Im just excited for things to really start picking up for me. I am having a bit of pain in mu shoulder again; not sure the cause. Im going to do some light d.b military press abd see how it feels, if not good, ill lay off for a few days. Dint want to risk it. As for everything else, feeling great from the dbol still and having wicked pumps. Got my orthotixs today; so if I can break them in quickly some squats may be possible throughout ny cycle, ( this excited me! )
Also I have discontinued my arimidex use for now, and have felt much more alive/awake. I was feeling very lethargic/tired before I made this change. Its been about five or six days since my last adex dose. I doing think use it unless I feel estro sides kicking in

Oh in addition, for logging purposes, I have gained 9/11 lbs depending on the time. Im up to 214/216
Also my body fat has dropped down about 1%. This surprised me as I figured id gain body fat from the bloat? Not complaining!
Interesting man. I’m up 12 lbs already tomorrow is beginning of wk 3. Not really bloaty at all but noticeably bigger. Maybe my bf was lower so it’s more noticeable? I’ll write up later.
Yea I weighed 220 lbs before bed last night, had some big meals that day, but dam. Huge weight lol. Im having pain in my shoulder again so going to dial it back and rest for this week I think, I want to make sure everything is ok, my body is rather finicky ever since my injury in 2012. ( clicking joints, tendonitis, that type of thing) will do some light arm work still but nothingn substantial. Don’t want to hurt myself abd end my cycle. Wishing I want getting these speed bumps along the way.

I took some pictures when I started 3 weeks ago, they are on the bottom of the first page of the thread. And before you go look, i know my physiaue isnt great at all. I have struggled alot thigh a rough long thoracic nerve impigment. It let me extremely imbalanced.
Or did you mean some pics as an update sonce I started? Its only been about 2 1/2 weeks. Just dbol hittin me so far
Well, I can officially say, my nuts are atrophied. They ate about half the size they normally are; abd actually almost stung/ cramped? While I was having sex… definitely a weird feeling… today was my sixth pin.
Skin hasn’t become to much more oily, and my moods are still very stable. I am however more energetic and up beat!
My strength is up in the weights, and really my endurance, it keeps shocking me. I’m finishing my workouts abd feeling like I need to do more because im finished early, then I realize its been over an hour already… it is definitely nice.
I’m thinking another week and all the fun should really get going. Keep you guys posted.

If you think you are seeing gains, put some more pics up. As for your wheels, work around the impingement and use it as a motivator. I was lucky in my youth to build a good base and stay health. I have backed off the heavy squats; I’m no spring chicken anymore.
Yea, I feel yea. Im only 24 but my body has been quite un happy with me… things are better though, I don’t think ive made noticeable gains, just my weight is up anywhere from 8-16 lbs… im fluctuating huge between each day. I plan on taking a group of pictures when im done the dbol even if I dont look to different, and then during cycle
Holy hell! The bloat has hit me hard again the last two days, originally I was 205 at the start of things, I went up to 214, then blew up to 218/220 the one nightm but that quickly subsided, back down to 213/214 in that area. Jesus Murphy I started to feel like a stuffed pig last night, and even this morning when I woke up. I have started taking the arimidex again .25 mg E3D.
Being bloated sucks balls. I was scheduled for core workout today and skiped it. I don’t know n7m if I can ab wheel with a Christmas stomach like this.
On The other hand; I feel likenive kearned something from this disgusting feeling. I can now ss sympathize with some if my larger and more lethargic clients, feeling the restriction even an additional 15 lbs has made me feel. Ill definitely work hard; as to never reach a point like that daily.
