Snatch Complex 3 pulls, 3 snatch, 3 oh squats. Light weight x 5 sets
5 rounds of: 3 tire flips (250lb tire), 6 pull ups, 2 prowler sprints. 1 minute rest between rounds. I’m smoked. Going to get some foodsies, work until 5 , then see how I feel for max bench day

Waited a little longer to hit my bench workout today. It just so happened that the stars aligned and me and boy could workout not only at the same time, but it is his scheduled bench day, too! Soooo we did a cutesy workout.

A1.)Bench (max day on 531)
warm up xsome.
okay…so…I pushed 120x3 super easy
thought maybe I would try 125, so i loaded it up…and boy thought he would sneak on a cookie (2.5lb) before the clamps. SO I got 130x1. I aint mad. Not an all time PR, but a PR at this bodyweight for sure.

B1.) Incline Press 95x3x5
B2.) Single arm pull down 3x8

C1.) Decline Press 105x3x8
C2.) HS low rows 3x8

D1.) overhand grip cable rows 135x3x5
D2.) Fly macheeen(no idea on weight) 3x8

E1.) Pullups 3x5
E2.) Dips 3x10

I’d call that a win. My training partners do that to me all the time. Mainly because I’m too stupid to check my weights so they do it for me. I psych myself out with numbers too much.

-after each throw, 10 pushups and then sprint to resting position of ball.

Squats @ 155x 2 squats on the minute for 12 minutes.

Workout stops at 10 minutes. Ummm…it might as well stop after 90lb snatches are done as I’m not confident in 120lb snatch at all. Lulz. Will make the best of it

nice deadlift PR and cudos on the benching!

PW are women who make decision for themselves, who judge their performance and value by their own standards and don’t seek to be validated by the recycled garbage that is shoved down our throats via society. My 2 cents: being skinny is not a sport. Judging someone’s rack and smile is not objective. I’m very glad you chose to focus on performance based competitions, even if for the time being.
